Sunday Verse

Psalm 94:18-19

When I said, “My foot is slipping,” your unfailing love, LORD, supported me. When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.

I really like this verse.  I can't say that I remember reading it before, but I love the underlying message here.  Times are hard, no doubt about that.  I've slipped and fallen.  I've failed.  I've worried about tomorrow and what it'll bring.  No matter how many times this happens to me my Father continues to pick me up, brush me off and reassure me that everything is OK as long as I leave it in His hands.

The baseball races are heating up, college football is back in full force and less than a week before the first NFL game (that counts) on Wednesday night.   Have a great Sunday everyone.

  2. Excellent verse! We're pretty much guaranteed to have suffering, hardship, and set-backs. The good news is; there's hope.
Praying you and yours are well Hops.
    Peace, Larry the smg
