Topps Diamond Giveaway Haul

Right after I entered my 45th code into the Diamond Giveaway site I knew I was done.  I've been trying and trying to trade some of my 60's and 70's cards for more Atlanta Braves die-cut diamond cards with no such luck.  So I decided it was time to ship the majority of the cards.  A big padded envelope showed up this weekend with my cards.  Most of them are available if anyone wants them.  Just let me know and I'm sure we can work something out.

I still can't get over how beautiful these die-cut cards are in hand.  Ever since I got these 3 I had tons and tons of trade offers.  Glad to finally have them in my possession.

1 more Topps Diamond Giveaway code to reach 45

** UPDATE ** I finally hit 45!  Thank you everyone!

Thank you so much to the select few that have e-mailed me codes to help me reach 45.  I'm down to just 1 code away from 45.  Anyone that supplies this last code I need I will be more than happy to send you a few cards you want (as long as they aren't Braves!) from the Diamond Anniversary set.  Any takers?

Anyone got any extra Topps Diamond Anniversary codes?

** EDIT ** I now only 1 codes to reach 45!

I found a code card today while packing up some loose packs to later be collated that I had not entered into the website.  That leaves me 7 codes/rings shy of the magic mark of 45 (I only have 1 duplicate ring to trade at the moment - Red Sox).  It might be a stretch, but I figured I'd check to see if anyone still has any unused codes they don't want.  If you do please leave a comment and we'll try to work something out.

Still digging for diamonds...

Yesterday the postal lady brought me my very first die-cut Diamond card from Topps' current Diamond Giveaway program and let me just say WOW!  First of all I thought the cards were just simple die-cut cards of the red diamond inserts that can be found in packs.  I had no idea the cards were printed on thick cardstock or that the cards had a really nice shiny look to both the red in the background and the diamond at the top.  Now I want more!  Off to redeem another code and try my luck.

1965 - I think this is the first card from this year I've unlocked.

And my did revealed a duplicate virtual ring.  *Sigh* Off to list the ring for trade.  Why can't I dig up anything good?!

Topps Diamond Giveaway - 1st code result

I was reading on other people's blogs that Topps Diamond Giveaway website was live so I directed the browser over there and entered the one code I just happened to have handy.

Sorry if I don't sound too excited to unlock a 1996 Dennis Eckersley!  I tried the digging thing and it didn't appear to do anything after my virtual shovel picked a spot on the field.  Anyone else get the dig thing to work?
